If we’re not able to resolve things, we’re happy to refund the purchase price of the product as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

If shipping was paid on your order, the satisfaction guarantee covers the product cost only and doesn’t include a refund of shipping fees.
There’s no need to send anything back. You’re welcome to dispose of the product however works best for you, and the packaging is home compostable too!
